1 cup Macaroni Pasta
4 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Refined Flour
2 cup Milk
½ tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Red Chili Flakes
1 tbsp Italian Mix Herbs
¼ cup Mozzarella Cheese
¼ cup Processed Cheese
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Salt
¼ cup Cornflour
¼ cup Water
¼ tsp Black Pepper
¼ tsp Salt
50 gm Bread Crumbs
Oil for Frying
In boiled water add oil & ½ tsp salt & 1 cup of macaroni pasta. Cook it for 7-8 minutes.
Drain excess water & wash pasta with regular water. —
In a heated pan add 4 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp refined flour. Roast it till it starts releasing the aroma. —
Add 2 cup of milk into it. Stir vigorously till it forms a paste-like consistency.
Now add ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp Italian mix herbs, 1 tbsp red chili flakes, ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup of processed cheese & ½ tsp salt. Mix it well.
In a tray spread cooked pasta. Refrigerate for 3 hours. —
Now combine ¼ cup of cornflour, ¼ cup of water, ¼ tsp black pepper & ¼ tsp salt. Make cornflour slurry.
Coat it with bread crumbs. Repeat the same procedure again & fry until it turns crisp.
Serve this delicious cheesy pasta cutlet.
