Curry bread is one of the popular Japanese food. We have tried it with the twist of our favourite Maggi 😋. Try this simple yet easy Japanese Style Maggi Bun to impress your loved ones 😀
Ingredients:
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Active Dry Yeast
½ cup Milk
2 cups Refined Flour
½ tsp Salt
2 tsp Oil
½ cup Onion
½ cup Tomato
½ cup Capsicum
2 packet Maggi Tastemaker
3 cup Water
2 Cake Maggi Noodles
½ cup Refined Flour
½ cup Corn Flour
½ tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp Salt
Method:
Make a mixture using 1 tsp Sugar, 1 tsp Active Dry Yeast and ½ cup Milk.

Add this mixture to 2 cups Refined Flour also add ½ tsp Salt into it. Make a fine dough and keep aside for an hour.

In a pan add 2 tsp Oil, ½ cup Onion, ½ cup Tomato, ½ cup Capsicum, 2 packet Maggi Tastemaker, 3 cup Water, 2 Cake Maggi Noodles. Cook it well.

Make small balls out of the dough. Roll each ball and stuff prepared Maggi in between. Apply water on the edges and stick the edges.

Now we have to make a slurry for that mix ½ cup Refined Flour, ½ cup Corn Flour, ½ tsp Black Pepper, ½ tsp Salt and add water into it. Mix it well.

Dip prepared maggi bun into a slurry and then coat it with breadcrumbs.

Heat a pan with oil and deep fry the buns until it turns golden brown in the color.

Serve delicious Maggi bun with your favorite sauce!
