Dhaba style Kadai paneer! Paneer combined with a spicy & flavourful kadai gravy!

Ingredients:

3 tbsp Purified Butter
2 Bay Leaves
2 Cloves
2 Red Chilies
1 inch Cinnamon
3-4 Black Pepper
2 Cardamom
1 Black Cardamom
7-8 Tomatoes
3 Onions
3 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
½ tsp Fennel Seeds Powder
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 & ½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
2 tsp Chickpea Flour
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 cup Capsicum
1 cup Onion
400 gm Paneer
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Salt

Method:

In a pan add 3 tbsp purified butter, 2 bay leaves, 2 cloves, 1 inch cinnamon, 3-4 Black Pepper, 2 cardamoms, 1 black cardamom, 2 red chilies, 3 chopped onions, 7-8 chopped tomatoes, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 & ½ tsp kashmiri red chili powder & 1 tsp salt. Cook for 10 minutes. —
After that add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp water into it & cook for 5 minutes. —
5 minutes later add 1 tsp red chili powder, 3 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp fennel seeds powder, 2 tsp chickpea flour & ¾ cup of water. Stir it well. —
Now add a cup of capsicum, a cup onion & again cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add 400 gm paneer into it also add 1 tbsp butter. Stir it well, make sure it will merge properly.

Serve hot with paratha, roti or naan!
