Do make this delightful Omelette Curry for your loved ones!
Ingredients:
3 Egg
3 Green Chilies
1 Onion
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Oil
Mozzarella Cheese
3 tbsp Oil
2 Onion
3 Tomatoes
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
½ tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Salt
½ cup Water
Coriander Leaves
Method:
For Omelette:
Whisk 3 eggs in a bowl, add 1 chopped onion, 3 green chilies,¼ cup coriander leaves, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp turmeric powder. Mix it well.

Add butter in a pan, pour the mixture of egg & sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Fold the omelet & cook for 2-3 minutes. Now keep it aside.
For Curry:

In a pan add some butter & 2 chopped onion. Stir it well & cook for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes add 3 chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp garam masala, 1 tsp salt & 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add ½ cup water into it & again cook it for 5 minutes. Add shredded boiled egg into it & mix it well. —
Transfer the curry into a plate, make small pieces of an omelet.

Keep these pieces on curry, sprinkle cheese & coriander on top.

Serve hot with Rice or Rotis!
