Enjoy this lip-smacking suji snack for breakfast or at tea time!

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Oil 
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
10-12 Curry Leaves 
5-6 Green Chilies
1/2 inch Ginger 
2 Onions 
1 tsp Salt
1cup Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Carrots
1/4 cup Capsicum 
2 cups Water 
1 cup Semolina
Oil for Frying

Method:

In a pan add 1 tbsp oil, ½ tsp mustard seeds, ½ tsp cumin powder, 5-6 green chilies, ½ inch ginger, 10-12 curry leaves, 2 chopped onions, ¼ cup of capsicum, ¼ cup of carrots, 2 cups of water, 1 tsp salt & ¼ tsp coriander. Stir it well & bring it to boil.

Then add 1 cup of suji into it. Stir & cook for 2 minutes.

Add 1 cup of bread crumbs into it & mix it well.

In a tray place parchment paper. Add semolina mixture into it & set it well. Refrigerate for 2 hours. —
Now cut it into small square-shaped pieces. Coat the pieces with bread crumbs & shallow fry in oil.
