Garlic flavored lacchedar methi paranthas !!! Ingredients :
8-12 Garlic Cloves
150 gm Methi
1 cup Wheat Flour
1 cup Refined Flour
2 tsp Oil
¾ cup Water
½ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Oil
½ tsp Salt
Method:
Take 1 cup of wheat flour, 1 cup of refined flour, ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp oil & ¾ cup of water. Make a dough & rest for 30 minutes.

In a pan aad 2 tbsp oil & 8-12 garlic cloves. Fry it until golden brown.

Now add 150 gm methi & ½ tsp salt. Cook it properly.

Pinch a large-sized ball dough, roll and flatten it. Add methi into it & roll it like a swiss roll.

Now take the rolled ball & start rolling to a thin circle.

In a pan add butter & fry paratha from both sides.
—
Serve hot with curd or pickle!
