Give a twist to authentic palak paneer curry into a complete meal with this nutritious Palak Paneer Pulao!

Ingredients:

1 cup Rice
150 gm Spinach
250 gm Paneer
½ cup Corn
½ cup Coriander Leaves
½ cup Mint Leaves
3 Green Chilies
6 Garlic Cloves
1 Onion
1 Tomato
4 Cloves
4 Black Pepper
1 Black Cardamom
1 inch Cinnamon
1 Star Anise
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
2 tsp Salt
Fresh Cream
Oil
Water

Method:

Wash & soak 1 cup of rice for 30 minutes.

In boiling water add 1 tsp salt, 150 gm spinach & remove it after 30-40 seconds.

Add the boiled spinach in a bowl also add 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 3 green chilies, ½ cup of coriander leaves & ½ cup of mint leaves. Grind it in a fine paste.

Fry 250 gm paneer in oil until it turns golden brown from both sides. Keep it aside.

Heat a pan with oil, add 1 black cardamom, 1 star anise, 1 inch cinnamon, 4 black pepper, 4 cloves, 6 garlic cloves, 1 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp salt, ½ cup corn, fried panner cubes, mixture of spinach, soaked rice & 2 cups of water. Stir it very slowly. —
Cover the pan with lid, after 8 minutes remove the lid & stir the rice lightly, again cover it with lid & cook for 4 minutes.

Palak paneer pulao is ready to serve, pour some fresh cream on it & have it!
