Hot Cheesy Paneer Buns! These stuffed buns are so warm, soft and the balance of flavors you get with every bite!
¼ cup Milk
1 tsp Dry Active Yeast
2 cup Refined Flour
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Sugar
½ cup Water
3 Green Chillies
½ tsp Red Chili Powder
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
200 gm Paneer
2 tbsp Oil
Combine ¼ cup of milk & 1 tsp dry active yeast. Rest for 5 minutes.
Add 2 cup of refined flour, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp sugar & ½ cup of water into it. Prepare a fine dough. Rest for 1 hour.
In a pan add 2 tbsp oil, 3 green chilies, 2 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 200 gm of grated paneer. Cook for around 5 minutes.
Puncture the dough. Make 8 balls out of it & stuff these balls with mozzarella cheese.
Grease cake tin with butter. Line cheese balls on the border & rest it for 15 minutes.
Put paneer burji in the middle of the cake tin. Smear mozzarella cheese over it & bake it at 190°c in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Serve these lip-smacking buns!
