Toppings:
4 oz goat cheese at room temp
Juice of one lemon
Shiitake mushrooms
Shallots
Zucchini
Minced garlic
Fresh basil, slivered
Directions:
Mix the goat cheese and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Sautรฉ the garlic, mushrooms, shallots, and zucchini until tender, about 10 minutes.
Spread the goat cheese over rolled out pizza dough then top with sautรฉed veggies.
Bake at 450 until edges are brown, about 12-15 minutes.
Top with fresh basil
