If you are always up for experimenting with food then it’s time to try unique & delicious Black pav bhaji!

Ingredients:

Dry coconut
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Stone Flower 
2 Bay Leaves
5 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Garlic
2 tsp Salt
2 Onion
1 Capsicum
½ cup Water
3 Tomatoes
3 Boiled Potatoes
¼ cup Water

Method:

Roast dry coconut until it turns black & cool it down.

Cut it into pieces add 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp stone flower & 2 bay leaves into it. Grind it well.

In a pan add 5 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp oil, ground paste, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic, 2 onion, 1 capsicum, ½ cup of water, 3 tomatoes & 3 boiled potatoes. Smash it all together & add ¼ cup of water into it. Cook for a while.

Garnish with coriander, onion & serve the delicious black bhaji with pav!
