You need: 1 bag of frozen assorted veggies, 2 cups of cooked grains, some protein
Sauce:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp chili oil if you like some spice
Combine all sauce ingredients and set aside.
Cook your protein + grains.
Heat medium sized pan over med/high heat. When pan is hot, add cooking oil then frozen veggies and stir frequently until soft and most of the water is gone from the pan.
Add cooked grain, protein and sauce and stir until sauce thickens and reduces, about 5 more minutes.
