Make restaurant style delicious Paneer Tikka Biryani at your home in easy steps.

Ingredients:

1 cup Rice
250 gm Paneer
4 tbsp Purified Butter
4 cup Water
2  tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
2 tsp Garam Masala
½ tsp Kasuri Methi
½ tsp Cumin Powder
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Cumin Seeds
3 Onion
2 tomato
1 Capsicum
Coriander
1 Star Anise
1 inch Cinnamon
10 Black Pepper
2 Cardamom
4 Cloves
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
¼ cup Curd
Oil

Method:

Wash & soak 1 cup of rice for 30 minutes.

In a bowl add ¼ cup of curd, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 & ½ tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder. Mix it well.

Now add 250 gm paneer, 1 onion, 1 capsicum into it & marinate for 30 minutes.

Shallow fry this paneer in butter. Take pan add 3 tbsp oil, 4 cloves, 2 black pepper, 1 star anise, 1 inch cinnamon, 2 chopped onion, 2 tomatoes, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp kasuri methi, 1 /2 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp salt & 1 tsp garam masala.

Also, add the remaining mixture of marinated paneer & lastly add fried paneer pieces. Cook it well.

In a pan add 4 tbsp purified butter, ½ tsp cumin seeds, 2 black pepper, 2 cardamoms, 1 inch cinnamon, 1 star anise, 4 cloves, 4 cups of water & boiled rice. Cook it for 10 minutes & after 10 minutes drain excess water with the help of a sieve.

Heat a pan & add 2 tbsp purified butter into it then spread paneer tikka in an even layer, spread the rice evenly over it also pour the mixture of saffron & milk into it .

Sprinkle some mint leaves, coriander, fried onion, purified butter on top.

Place foil paper on the pan & close the lid lightly & cook for 10 minutes on low flame.

Serve this delicious biryani with curd!
