Make your sunday extra special with this delicious ‘Chatai Kheema Samosa’ !!! Ingredients :

For Outer Covering:
½ cup Refined Flour
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Carrom Seeds
4 tbsp Oil
¼ cup Water
For Kheema:
300 gm Chicken Kheema
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
½ tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
3 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Onion

Method :

In a bowl add refined flour , Carrom Seeds, Salt, Oil and Water. Combine it well to form a tight dough. Rest it for 30 minutes. —
In a heated pan add 3 tbsp of oil. Saute 1 finely chopped onion into it till it becomes translucent. Add All the spices and mix it well. Add Chicken kheema to it and combine it well till it starts releasing moisture. Cover it and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.

Take a small portion of dough and roll it into roti. Cut rectangle out of it. Overlap two strips onto each other as shown in the video. Place kheema batter on the intersection of two strips. Wet all the sides using water. Cover kheema from one side and form chatai from other side.

In a heated oil slid this samosa slowly and deep fry it on medium low flame till it becomes golden brown in colour.

Serve this hot Chatai Kheema Samosa with your favourite dip.
