Not many things beat summer produce. Here’s a bruschetta recipe to prove it:
🍅 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
🧄 2 large garlic cloves, minced
🌿 8-10 basil leaves, chopped
🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and allow to marinate at room temp for 15-30 minutes.
Traditionally bruschetta is served on pieces of thick toast. I had leftover homemade naan so that’s what we used this time! And honestly, it would be delicious on any form of carbohydrate.
