Our all-time favorite street food assumes an Indo-Chinese form in our Manchurian Frankie recipe. Try this recipe & share it with loved ones!

Ingredients :

1 cup Cabbage
1 Onion
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
1 cup Refined Flour
2 tbsp Oil
5-6 Garlic Cloves
½ Onion
⅓ cup Capsicum
½ cup Cabbage
2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
1 tsp Soya Sauce
2 tbsp Red Chili Sauce
2 cup Refined Flour
½ tsp Salt
2 tsp Oil
¾ cup Water
Noodles
Salt to Taste
Black Pepper
Schezwan Sauce
Butter

Method :

Make a mixture of 1 cup of cabbage, 1 onion, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper & 1 cup of refined flour.

Form small balls out of this mixture. Deep fry these balls in oil.

In a pan add 2 tbsp oil,5-6 garlic cloves, ½ onion, ⅓ cup of capsicum, 2 tbsp schezwan sauce, 1 tsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp red chili sauce & add fried Manchurians into it. Stir it well.

Make a dough of 2 cups refined flour, ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp oil & ¾ cup of water.

Mix noodles, salt, black pepper & schezwan sauce.

Make a roti & roast it in butter. Fry the noodles in a pan.

Apply Schezwan sauce on roti, add noodles, place Manchurian in between & sprinkle some cabbage on top.

Roll it & serve!
