Our favorite Sev puri chaat in Mexican twist! Serve Taco sev puri at a house party and amaze your guests!
1 & ½ cup Refined Flour
½ tsp Salt
⅓ cup Water
4 tbsp Purified Butter
Oil for Frying
3 Boiled Potatoes
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Chaat Masala
2 tbsp Green Chutney
2 tbsp Imli Chutney
Knead 1 & ½ cup of refined flour with ⅓ cup of water, ½ tsp Salt & 4 tbsp purified butter. Make a soft dough & rest for 30 minutes.
Make balls of dough, flatten each ball. With a cookie cutter or a small bowl, cut medium discs from the rolled dough & prick it with a fork at regular intervals.
Make a shape of tacos & heat a pan with oil, Before frying keep small cubes of foil paper in between the tacos so that it will not stick. —
Fry them very slowly from both sides. Be careful that the inside foil paper will not be pushed. —
Smash boiled potatoes, add ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp chaat masala, 2 tbsp green chutney, 2 tbsp imli chutney, 1 chopped tomato & 1 chopped onion into it. Mix it well.
Stuff this potato mixture into prepared tacos, garnish it with sev & coriander.
Serve with your favorite chutney!
