Paneer Tikka Parcel! It has perfectly balanced textures and exciting flavors!

Ingredients:

2 cup Refined Flour
¼ cup Milk
½ tsp Sugar
1 tsp Dry Active Yeast
½ cup Water
4 tbsp Curd
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Coriander Powder
¼ tsp Cumin Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
½ tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
½ tsp Salt
¼ cup Onion
¼ cup Capsicum
100 gm Paneer
¼ cup Butter
1 tbsp Italian Mix Herbs
1 tsp Chilli Flakes

Method:

Combine 2 cup of refined flour, ¼ cup of milk, ½ tsp sugar, ½ cup water & 1 tsp dry active yeast. Make a dough & rest for 30 minutes.

In a bowl add 4 tbsp curd, ½ tsp red chili Powder, ½ tsp coriander powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, ¼ cup chopped onion, ¼ cup capsicum & 100 gm paneer cubs. Mix well so that they are nicely coated with the marination. Keep it aside. —
Mix ¼ cup of butter, 1 tbsp Italian mix herbs & 1 tsp chili flakes. Now take the dough & form small balls out of this dough.

Roll each ball & apply a butter mixture on it also spread some shredded mozzarella cheese on it. Fold three corners.

Place marination in the center & again fold it properly. Give the shape of the parcel.

Bake it in a preheated oven at 210°c for 15 minutes.

Serve these yummy paneer tikka parcels with ketchup!
