Papad spring roll is simply irreplaceable! A crispy & delicious appetizer!
Ingredients:
1 tbsp Oil
5-6 Garlic
½ inch Ginger
2 tbsp Spring Onion Bulbs
¼ cup Capsicum
¼ cup Carrot
¼ tsp Salt
1 cup Cabbage
½ tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Red Chili Sauce
1 tbsp Schezwan Chutney
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
2 tbsp Spring Onion
1 tsp Refined Flour
1 tsp Water
6 Papad
Oil for Frying
Method:
In a pan add 1 tbsp oil, 5-6 garlic, ½ inch ginger, 2 tbsp spring onion bulbs, ¼ cup of capsicum, ¼ cup of carrot, ¼ tsp salt, 1 cup of cabbage, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp red chili sauce, 1 tbsp schezwan chutney, 1 tbsp soya sauce & 2 tbsp spring onion. Toss it well.

Mix 1 tsp refined flour & 1 tsp water. Keep it aside.

Dip 6 papads in water for 2-3 seconds & dry it with tissue paper. —
Place the stuffing on papad, fold the edges of both sides & roll the papad.

Now stick the edge of papad with refined flour mixture & deep fry these rolls in oil until it turns crisp.

Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
Can you make these and leave in fridge for a day or do you have to fry and eat straight away.
