Samosa Roll is our regular punjabi Samosa with the twist and cheesy surprise inside!!! Do try this recipe to impress your loved ones πŸ˜€

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Ghee
2 Green Chilies
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Fennel Seeds Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Amchur Powder
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 cup Boiled Potato
2 cups of Refined Flour
1 tsp Carom Seeds
1 tsp Salt
4 tbsp Ghee
3/4 cup Water
Mozzarella Cheese

Method:

First, we need to take 2 tbsp ghee in kadhai after that add 2 Green Chilies, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds Powder, 1 tbsp Coriander Powder, 1 tsp Amchur Powder, 1 tsp Red Chili Powder, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds & 2 cup Boiled Potato. Cook it well. Now our filling is ready.

For Dough:

Take 2 cups of Refined Flour, 1 tsp Carom Seeds, 1 tsp Salt, 4 tbsp Ghee and 3/4 cup Water. Prepared a dough. Rest it for Β½ hour.

Prepare small balls out of the dough. Roll it properly, cut the edges of it. Make rectangle shape roti.

Spread the stuffing over roti, put mozzarella cheese on it. Apply water on the edges, roll it well and stick it from all the sides. Make sure the stuffing doesn’t come out.

Heat a kadhai with oil and fry the rolls until they turn golden brown in a colour.

Serve hot with sauce/chutney.
