Sev khamani is a delicious snack made of crumbled khaman dhoklas!
Ingredients:
½ cup Chickpea Flour
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
¾ cup Water
¼ tsp Asafoetida
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Fruit Salt
3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
3 Green Chilies
8-10 Curry Leaves
⅓ cup Water
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
¼ tsp Asafoetida
Lemon Juice
Method:
Combine ½ cup chickpea flour, ¾ cup of water, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp fruit salt, ¼ tsp asafoetida & ½ lemon juice into it. Mix it well.

Take dhokla pan & apply oil on it. Pour prepared dhokla mixture into it. —
In a boiler add some water & keep dhokla pan into it. Cover it with lid & cook for 25 minutes on low flame.

Now cut it into small pieces & crumbled it with your fingers.

In a pan add 3 tbsp oil, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 3 green chilies, 8-10 curry leaves, ⅓ cup of water, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, ¼ tsp asafoetida & crumbled dhokla. Mix it well & cook for 5 minutes. Add some coriander on it.

Serve in a bowl & sprinkle with sev & pomegranate!
