Simple & delicious chocolate cake in Kadhai only for you guys! Happy New Year!

Ingredients :

½ cup Water
6 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1½ cup Refined Flour
⅓ cup Cocoa Powder
1 cup Powdered Sugar
¼ tsp Salt
½ tsp Baking Soda
1½ tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Vinegar
1½ cup Whipping Cream
3/4 cup Melted Chocolate
1 cup Chopped Chocolate
½ cup Fresh Cream
Sugar Syrup

Method :

Preheating the kadhai:
Take a kadhai and place a stand at the bottom. Place a lid and let the setup heat up on medium flame for a few minutes till you make the cake batter.

Mix together 1.5 water, 6 tbsp tbsp oil, vanilla essence, and 1 cup sugar.

Sieve in 1.5 cups refined flour, ¼ th tsp salt, ½ tsp baking soda, 1 ½ tsp baking powder, and ⅓ cup cocoa powder.

Lastly, add in the vinegar. Mix well and bake as shown for 30-35 mins.

Whipped cream frosting: Whip 1 ½ cups whipping cream for 1-2 minutes, mix in melted chocolate and whip till stiff peaks are obtained.

Chocolate Ganache: Melt 1 cup chopped chocolate with ½ cup fresh cream and microwave for 1-1.5 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds till well melted.

Cut the cake in half and soak it with sugar syrup(add 2 tbsp sugar in ½ cup water). Apply whipped cream frosting on it. Then place the second half and frost the cake with evenly as shown in the video. Refrigerate for 15 mins.

Pour the chocolate ganache on top and let it set. Lastly decorate with cream as you like.
