Soft and juicy cheese stuffed green kebabs with lovely flavors and colors of greens are totally irresistible!
150 gm Spinach
50 gm Bread Crumbs
3 Boiled Potatoes
3 Green Chilies
½ tsp Salt
1 cup Green Peas
4-5 Garlic Cloves
½ tsp Red Chili Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
½ tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Aamchur Powder
In boiled water add 150 gm spinach & remove it after some time.
In a bowl add boiled spinach, 1 cup of green peas, 1 chopped capsicum & 4-5 garlic cloves. Grint it well.
In a pan add some oil, 3 green chilies, a mixture of spinach, ½ tsp salt, coriander, 50 gm bread crumbs, 3 boiled potatoes, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp aamchur powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp cumin powder & ½ tsp salt. Make a mixture of it.
Prepare small patties of it with your fingers & place small cheese cubes in between.
Now stick the edges of it, make small balls & again prepare patties of it.
Shallow fry these patties in oil. —
Serve hot with ketchup!
