Stuffed Matar Puri is a delicious variant of the beloved Indian Puri! Every bite of the matar puri delights your taste buds!

Ingredients:

1 cup Refined Flour
2 tbsp Oil
⅓ cup Water
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Sugar
1 cup Boiled Peas
3 Green Chillis
1 tsp Ginger Paste
2 tbsp Oil
¼ tsp Cumin Powder
½ tsp Coriander Powder
¼ tsp Salt

Method:

Combine 1 cup of refined flour, 2 tbsp oil, ⅓ cup water, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp sugar. Prepare the dough. Rest for 30 minutes.

Grind 1 cup boiled peas along with 3 green chillis.

In a pan add 1 tsp ginger paste, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp coriander powder. Now add peas mixture & ¼ tsp salt. Make a thick paste & Cool it down.

Form small balls out of dough, roll it & stuffed peas mixture into it close it tight. Flatten these puris.

Fry puris on high flame till it turns fluffy and golden brown in color.

Serve these Matar puris with your favorite dip.
