Suji masala sandwich! It is an ideal breakfast recipe & certainly can also be a lunch box or tiffin box recipe!
1 cup Semolina
½ cup Curd
¼ cup Water
2 Green Chillies
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Baking Powder
2 Boiled Potatoes
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Cumin Powder
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Lemon Juice
In a bowl add 1 cup of semolina, ½ cup of curd, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp baking powder & ¼ cup water. Rest for 30 minutes. —
After 30 minutes add 2 green chilies, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, ½ chopped onion. Mix it well.
In a bowl take 2 boiled potatoes, ½ chopped onion, ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp salt & ½ tsp Lemon Juice. Combine it well.
Take a tray size bowl & apply some oil into it. Spread the layer of semolina mixture evenly into bowl.
In a pan add some water & keep steaming rack stand into it. Now keep bowl on it & Cook for 10 minutes.
Now spread the second layer of potato mixture & a third layer of semolina mixture.
Again cook it as the same for 10 minutes.
Cut it into the small square shape pieces & apply some shev on edges.
Serve with tomato ketchup.
