This lip-smacking paneer patiala recipe is truly a royal affair! Paneer Patiala is a paneer stuffed papad rolls in creamy gravy!
Ingredients:

5 Tomatoes
2 Onions
5-6 Garlic Cloves
½ inch Ginger
100 gm Paneer
2 tbsp Coriander
2 tbsp Mixed Dry Fruits
2 Green Chilies
2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
¼ tsp Salt
6 Papad
2 tbsp Oil
2 Bay Leaves
1 Star Anise
1 inch Cinnamon
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
½ cup Water
3 tbsp Fresh Cream
2 tbsp Paneer
Coriander

Method:

In a bowl add 5 chopped tomatoes, 2 chopped onions, 5-6 garlic cloves & ½ inch ginger. Grind it well.

QMake a mixture of 100 gm grated paneer, 2 tbsp coriander, 2 tbsp mixed dry fruits, 2 green chilies, 2 tsp kashmiri red chili powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ¼ tsp salt.

Take 6 papads, cut them in between. Apply water over it & keep the paneer stuffing on it. Join the edges, stick it properly. Shallow fry these stuffed papads in oil.

Now in a pan add 2 tbsp oil, 1 star anise, 2 bay leaves, 1 inch cinnamon, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds & ground mixture also add 1 tsp salt into it. Cook it for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes add ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder into it. Cook it well & add ½ cup of water to it also add 3 tbsp fresh cream.

Keep fried papads into it. Garnish it with grated paneer & coriander.

Serve with roti, naan or rice!
