This Omelette Kheema Roll will never fail to satisfy your tastebud!
2 cup Refined Flour
¾ cup Water
1 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Oil
½ cup Chicken Kheema
3 Green Chilies
2 tbsp Coriander
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
½ tsp Red Chili Powder
½ tsp Salt
In a bowl add 2 cups of refined flour, 1 tsp salt, 3 tbsp oil & ¾ cup of water. Make a dough of it & rest for 30 minutes.
Add ½ chicken kheema in a bowl, whisk 3 eggs into it also add ½ tsp red chili powder,½ tsp garam masala, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp salt, 1 onion, 3 green chilies & 2 tbsp coriander. Mix it well & keep it aside. —
Prepare small balls out of dough, flatten each ball. Apply some oil on it & sprinkle refined flour over it.
Identify the center of the roti & just cut it in half. From there, move it around. Make a ball of it & flatten it again. Cook the roti in a pan.
Pour the egg mixture in a pan, place cooked roti on a semi-cooked egg. Cook it for a while & then flip it. Place cheese slices over it.
Place this egg roti over a parchment paper, sprinkle some onion, tomatoes, mayonnaise & coriander on it.
Roll it & serve!
