This veg chops are crisp from outside and smooth, soft from inside. These are slightly sweeter in taste and full of beetroot, carrots and peanuts nutrients. These are addictive and no one can just eat one !!! 😋

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Coriander
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
½ tsp Cloves
½ tsp Black Pepper
1 inch Cinnamon Stick
1 Bay Leaf
1 Red Chilli
2 tbsp Oil
3 Green Chilies
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts
1 cup Carrot
1.5 cup Beetroot
2 cups of Potato
1 tsp Salt
½ cup Refined Flour
½ cup Corn Flour
½ tsp Salt
1 cup Water

Method:

Take 1 tbsp Coriander, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, 1 tsp Fennel Seeds, ½ tsp Cloves, ½ tsp Black Pepper, 1 inch Cinnamon Stick, 1 Bay Leaf, 1 Red Chilli. Grind all these ingredients in a fine paste.

Heat a pan add 2 tbsp Oil, 3 Green Chilies, 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, ground paste, 2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts, 1 cup Carrot, 1.5 cup Beetroot, and 1 tsp Salt into it. Cook it for 10 minutes.

After cooking it for 10 minutes add 2 cups of Potato into it. Smash the potato and cook the mixture slightly. Prepare small rolls out of this mixture.

Make a slurry of ½ cup Refined Flour, ½ cup Corn Flour, ½ tsp Salt, and 1 cup Water.

Now dip the prepared rolls in the cornflour slurry. Coat it with breadcrumbs. Repeat the same producer once again.

Heat a kadhai with oil, deep fry the rolls until it turns crisp, and serve hot with your favorite chutney.
