Ingredients:
2 cups Refined flour
¼ cup Clarified butter
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Clarified butter
100g Unsweetened Khoa/Mawa
2 tbsp Cashewnuts
1 tbsp Pistachios
¼ cup Dessicated coconut
1 tbsp Raisins
½ cup Powdered sugar
¼ tsp Cardamom powder
Oil for frying
½ cup water
Method:
In a bowl, mix together flour,salt and ghee. Distribute the ghee evenly throughout the flour. Lastly add some water(½ cup) and bring it together to a stiff dough. Cover with a damp cloth and rest for 30 mins.

In a pan, add 1 tsp ghee and add the khoa. Saute it well for 3-4 minutes. —
Add the cashews, pistachios,coconut and raisins. Stir well for a minute or two and keep it aside to cool.

Once it cools down, add the powdered sugar and cardamom and mix well.

Take a small dough ball and roll it to 1 mm thickness. Cut into a perfect circle using a bowl or cookie cutter. —
Apply water to the edges. Add some filling on one side and fold the other side over.

Press the edges and seal them together. Crimp the edges together as shown in the video.

Fry on low flame for 5-6 minutes or until they become golden brown!
