Who doesn’t love a burger? Burgers are the ultimate comfort food!
4 Boiled Potatoes
½ cup Boiled Green Peas
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
½ tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
½ cup Corn Flour
⅓ Cup Water
100 gm Bread Crumbs
100 gm Corn Flakes
In a bowl add 4 boiled potatoes, ½ cup of boiled green peas, 100 gm bread crumbs, 1 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste & 1 tsp coriander powder. Make a mixture of it & prepare patties out of it. —
Make a mixture of ½ cup cornflour, ⅓ cup of water & ½ tsp black pepper, dip the patties in this cornflour slurry.
Now coat the patties with bread crumbs & then corn flakes mixture.
Repeat the coating procedure, coat it twice so that it will turn crisp.
Heat a pan with oil, deep fry the patties until golden brown.
Cut the burger buns horizontally in two halves. Spread veg mayonnaise & tomato ketchup on each half of burger bun. —
Place pattie in between, keep tomato, onion slices on it & take a bite!
